If the fur arrives slightly flattened after shipping, you can easily restore its volume. Gently fluff it with a hair dryer on a cool or low setting, or carefully steam it (keep away from open flame).

While wearing, simply comb to return it to its original shape.

Always remove the fur pompom before washing any knitted garment.

Pompom size is measured across the outer tips of the fur.

Natural fur tends to absorb artificial light, so it may appear warmer or cooler depending on your lighting. For the most accurate color, please view the fur in natural daylight — outdoors or near a window.

Please double-check all details in your order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer (such as incorrect addresses or spelling mistakes).

Shipping and packing fees are non-refundable.

Shipping costs are also non-refundable if the package is rejected, undeliverable, or returned to us because it was not collected or was refused by the recipient.

We work exclusively with high-quality fur from Saga Furs. They partner only with farms that hold European and international certificates confirming high standards of animal welfare.

Customers in the United States do not pay any additional fees — the price shown in your order is final.

Customers in EU countries and the United Kingdom are responsible for taxes and customs fees upon delivery, according to local laws.

Please note: if you refuse to pay the required taxes or postal fees, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
